Established in 2005, Backer Shop is a central kitchen-based bakery that specializes in crafting premium, healthy breads with a focus on taste, nutrition and quality. Our bakery is committed to providing wholesome, high-quality products, ensuring that every loaf we bake meets the needs of modern consumers, seeking healthier and more sustainable options.
At BACKER SHOP, every loaf tells a story. Our journey began with a passion for baking cakes, followed by rich buttery cookies for festive seasons. Over time, we started baking buns and eventually we found out signature offering, breads made with millet. We believe in baking breads that connect people to tradition while embracing today’s flavours. What started as a home-baked venture grew into a small bakery at Sentul in 2017, where we specialised in our unique millet bread.
However, when COVID hit we closed our bakery and shifted to a central kitchen, which continues to operate today. Despite the challenges, our commitment to using premium ingredients and unique slow fermentation process has helped us create bread that’s soft, flavourful and beloved by many. We’re incredibly grateful for the loyal customers who continue to support us and share their love of our breads, probably the reason we’re still here, doing what we love.

Certified in Baking and highly skilled with 27 years of experiences in baking. Bamini handles recipe development and production techniques.

Manages all matters related to admin and finance.
